At PMI Richmond, Richmond's original PMI office, serving the greater Richmond area, we specialize in both residential and commercial property management services and HOA's. David Peschio, the owner and operator, is a licensed property manager Real Estate Broker for Property Management Inc. which has hundreds of property management locations across the country. PMI Richmond's awesome staff is able to provide top of the line property management services in the Greater Richmond area while passing savings onto you, the property owners.

David Peschio is the owner of PMI Richmond and PMI Prince William, two of Virginia’s top-performing property management offices. Dave blends decades of real estate experience with strong Virginia values and PMI’s nationally proven systems to deliver exceptional service and maximize asset performance for property owners across the region.
A proud Virginia Tech graduate, Dave launched his own real estate development company early in his career and grew it into a thriving success. He has been managing rental homes since the mid‑1990s and holds both his real estate license and broker’s license, giving him a deep, hands‑on understanding of investment properties, operations, and long-term asset strategy.
Dave’s leadership is grounded in integrity, transparency, and a genuine commitment to helping owners protect and grow their investments. His extensive experience—spanning development, acquisitions, and property management—positions him as a trusted advisor to investors throughout Virginia.
Outside of his professional work, Dave and his wife, Terri, are active in community service and enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. They also share a passion for travel, exploring new places, cultures, and experiences whenever they can.
Maria is part of the Leasing and Marketing team here at PMI Richmond. She is a 2023 Virginia Tech graduate from the successful Property Management program. She started her journey in the property management field doing multi-family housing and joined PMI Richmond in the beginning of 2025.
She admires the constant innovations of this industry and learning how to always grow to be better. Through her experience, she has learned that the most important facet to any working relationship is good communication.
Maria is passionate about her relationships with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling, cooking and reading the newest psychological thriller. In addition, she is a proud dog mom to her pup, Rocco!
Leo is the head coordinator of our Maintenance team. He studied property management at Virginia Tech and graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree. Before joining PMI Richmond, he was gaining knowledge and experience at a commercial property management company. He is now the driving force of starting PMI Richmond’s Commercial Property Management branch.
He enjoys watching sports and has recently picked up cycling as a hobby. He also likes to travel to new cities with his friends.
Julie Hebdon is a partner at our sister office, PMI Prince William, which provides HOA and community association management.
